Geri added: 'There's so much pressure on little girls and boys these days – especially when it comes to social media. So I just try to give her confidence. I don't know the answers to everything so I try just to be reassuring.'

'I have an open door policy,' Geri continued. 'If the other girls want to do it then I'm 100% there.'
