'My grandchildren call me Gaga,' a smiling Duchess of Cornwall told the 'Perfect Illusion' singer.

Gaga - as in Lady Gaga, not Camilla - later took to the stage at the iconic London venue for a very special version of her latest single 'Million Reasons'.

This incredible night also included Richard Jones being joined by Prince Charles for a card trick that earned a standing ovation from the star-studded Apollo crowd.

Before this star-making appearance in front of the royal family, Richard revealed to Digital Spy that his routine would reference his three years serving in the Parachute Regiment.

'[My trick's] completely brand new and unique to my story, and it's going to include the army side,' he told us. 'I'm still a serving soldier and I'm very proud to be doing that.'

'I love both careers and I love involving the army within my magic acts.'
