But it was Shirley that really stole the show in that opening dance, appearing in a gorgeous red dress and showing off just what an amazing dancer she is, and why she has the nickname The Queen of Latin.
Shirley Ballas, 56, is a British ballroom dancer, specialising in Latin. She took over from Head Judge Len Goodman who left the show after fourteen series last year.
