Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling are both nominated for their roles in La La Land.
If director Damien Chazelle wins Best Director for La La Land, he will be the youngest person ever to win the accolade.
The best reaction so far to their awards nomination has to go to Dev Patel for his Best Supporting Actor nomination for Lion.
Speaking to the BBC he said: ‘I'm sitting here with my mouth wide open figuring out how this happened. I'm feeling overwhelmingly grateful right now.’

The 89th Academy Awards is on 26 February 2017 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
