Last night, Meghan Markle made her first evening debut at a black tie event.
Meghan attended the Endeavour Fund Awards, an event that celebrates wounded, injured and sick ex-service personnel who have taken on the world of sport and adventurous challenge.
As well as the ceremony being incredibly inspiring, there was a very special detail behind the event.

At the time, a 19-year-old Diana was attending an event in aid of the Royal Opera House.
For the event, Meghan wore a chic tailored suit from Alexander McQueen.
While the event went smoothly, Meghan experienced one slight mishap with a technical difficulty.
While presenting the second honour of the night, the former actress realised that her speech hasn’t in the right order.
However, ever the pro, Meghan maintained a smile before resuming her speech.
