We’ve seen him take on the role of Sherlock Holmes, Hamlet and even Smaug, but now Benedict Cumberbatch’s newest upcoming role has been released – the Grinch.

But before you get excited and picture him decked out in all things green (and hairy) like Jim Carey, the actor will only be voicing the Christmas-loathing character in the new animation film, titled The Grinch.
