According to the BBC Website the outspoken comedian and the UKIP leader have both been booked as panelists for the show which is to be filmed in Canterbury and airs on December 11.
Labour MP and shadow international development secretary Mary Creagh will also appear on the show but other guests are yet to be confirmed.
It is Nigel Farage's 11th appearance on the show but only Brand's second. Last time he appeared on the show he made scathing attack on bankers (and got into a heated debate with Boris Johnson.
