First things first, congratulations! If you’re here, it means you’ve almost made it to week 3 of GH and Davina McCall’s 5-Minute Move-It Challenge. If, however, you’ve found yourself here by total chance, it’s not too late to get involved and, by the time you’ve finished reading this article, we hope you’ll have all the inspiration you need to join us.

The challenge, if you need a reminder, is simple: there’s no equipment and no gym required - just daily doses of moving, stretching and squatting to lift your mood, and boost your fitness. The goal? Five minutes of each movement every day – choose level one or two, based on your fitness. It’s as easy as it sounds, and trust us, you’ll feel great once you’ve done it.

The new moves include everything from lunges to kneeling planks and triceps dips - plus, plenty of stretching along the way to help our muscles recover. Fortunately, Davina is on hand to provide plenty of inspiration and show us exactly how we should be doing each exercise – phew!
