Why we like the taste: With a pleasant elderflower flavour, it is slightly bitter but pleasant nonetheless.
5. Greenalls Gin & Tonic, £1.90, waitrose.com
Why we like the taste: A nice lemony flavour, with an acidic finish and sweet taste.
