Made using the usual brownie ingredients: butter, dark chocolate, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder and flour, orange zest is also added for a bit of tanginess.

And once the brownies are cooked, a sauce made using marmalade and orange juice is drizzled on top.

So how do the jaffa cakes come into it?

Well, not only are they halved and arranged on top, there's an additional jaffa cake layer running through the middle of the brownies. Genius!
