The process started with sculptor Tim Simpson painstakingly creating a likeness of the Queen using over 50 photos for reference. His sculpture was then used to create a mould, which Jen used for her creation. The whole process took 360 hours.
And, because the Queen is never too far from her dogs, Jen also created some little corgis to accompany HRH – aren’t they cute?

Jen previously grabbed the headlines after creating the 'Cumberbunny', a rather remarkable cocoa combination of Benedict Cumberbatch and the Easter bunny.
You can buy a corgi for £26 at Chocolatician.com (choose between milk, dark and white chocolate), while the Queen is also available to order, complete with a piped chocolate Diadem crown and jewellery.
What better way to celebrate our monarch’s birthday bash?
