If you're obsessed with a Colin cake like we are (we have been known to go out into the arctic weather to find his new character arc), you'll be extremely excited to know that the loveable M&S character has had *another* makeover for Christmas 2025 - and we already know it's the one cake we're going to serve on the big day, without fail.

Everyone loves a Colin - it's just a fact. It's such a crowd-pleasing cake with its extremely chocolatey sponge roll layer, covered in thick milk chocolate, and decorated with his signature shell, feet and face. And the Christmas version now includes even more chocolate - with an additional chocolate-shaped 'cracker' on his back and a popping candy 'POP', too. There are festive sprinkles AND he's wearing a party hat - just like the ones you'd find inside a Christmas cracker.

As well as a festive Colin, they've also announced their entire Christmas food collection and there are some seriously impressive products to choose from. The sweet treats always excite us the most and there's a delicious looking 'Dashing through the snow' dessert: a dark and milk chocolate mousse reindeer filled with salted caramel, on a white chocolate mousse base with cookie and wafer pieces.

Another item we desperately want to try is the Collection Handmade Passionfruit & White Chocolate Pine Cones. We love the fact there are 6 individual desserts in a pack - meaning you can just plate up for individual guests and not worry about pre-portioning and serving per person.

These pine cones are filled with a passion fruit and white chocolate mousse and a passion fruit curd centre. They're finished with gold lustre and their bases are dipped in dark chocolate. We're drooling over everything but these three items strike us as the perfect mix to satisfy all sweet tooths. Now bring on Christmas!
