Ricki Lake is all about finding new ways to keep herself as healthy as possible. One such way she's making her voice known on the subject? She's talking to experts who have their own visions on people's health journeys.

The Longevity Nutrient

The Longevity Nutrient

The actress is collaborating with TalkShopLive to have a special conversation with Dr. Stephanie Venn-Watson, a veterinary epidemiologist who is working on discovering nutrients that can help humans with aging. Her new book The Longevity Nutrient is all about her investigation into C15:0 — a fatty acid that's commonly found in dairy and fish products. Ricki herself has called the book "amazing." The conversation between the two is all about how to transform the way we look at the aging process, and what we can do to make it a happy one.

Note: Ricki and Dr. Venn-Watson's also discuss dietary supplements in their conversation. Good Housekeeping has not evaluated any of the supplements mentioned. Check with your healthcare provider before starting any dietary supplement regimen.
