Most Likely: Timothy Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBOLike his sons, Timothy Ratliff gives off major potential killer vibes, especially after that phone call at the end of episode 2. He's on the verge of losing his fortune and potentially going to prison, trying to keep it together while also on a luxury vacation with his family. If the man he was talking to really does kill himself, then it's possible Timothy could follow his lead and decide to take his family with him. Remember, desperate people do desperate things.
Unidentified Robbers
Fabio Lovino/HBOIn episode 2, The White Lotus gift shop was robbed at gunpoint by an unidentified man. While he appeared to be working solo at first, it was later revealed that he had at least one accomplice. Their identities are still unknown, but the emphasis on the accomplice makes me think that they'll be back—and they'll be armed.

Lochlan Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBOSo far, Lochlan seems like the most innocent member of the Ratliff family, which is why I have my suspicions. He seems nice enough, but something about the way he reacted to his brother's aggressive sex talk and naked body makes me think he's got a dark side. And if the shots heard in the season opening turn out to be a mass shooting, well... let's just say that lone white male fits the profile.
Gaitok
Fabio Lovino/HBOIt's established early on in the season premiere that Gaitok is harboring a massive crush on Mook. In the promo for the rest of the season, Mook is seen challenging Gaitok to go after a bodyguard position, which would require him handling a gun. So he's got access to fire arms and motive to prove his manhood. Who knows what he'd be willing to do to impress Mook?

Rick
HBOBased on this promo for season 3, it looks like Rick brings a gun to The White Lotus. And his seeming obsession with the hotel owner's husband feels threatening, like he's out for some very serious revenge. That said...do we really think he could shoot at multiple people? It's a possibility, but I'm not convinced quite yet.
Greg
Courtesy HBOWe know that Gerg is murderous (RIP Tanya), but is he capable of committing the act himself? I'm not sure he has it in him. Then again, perhaps getting away with murder once has emboldened him. Plus, he's clearly isolated from any friends and family. His only social connection seems to be with Chloe, and that doesn't seem to be going very well. Maybe the realization that money doesn't bring you happiness will be too much for him to handle.

Laurie, Jaclyn, or Kate
Fabio Lovino/HBOThis trio of girlfriends seems all happy-go-lucky for now, but beneath that blonde hair dye and athleisure, they have some serious issues. Out of the three, I think Laurie is the least likely shooter, if only because she seems like the most outwardly frustrated of the bunch, which feels too obvious. It's the repressed characters like Kate and Jaclyn you really have to look out for.
Victoria Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBOVictoria Ratliff is one bad day away from a complete meltdown, but does that mean she'd actually shoot someone in cold blood? I think if she felt threatened enough, or felt that her children were being threatened, she would. Also if the meds were strong enough.

Chloe
Fabio Lovino/HBOIt's a little early in the season to really tell if Chloe, Greg's companion, is really capable of murder. But the fact that she's with Greg willingly (ish? unclear) is an immediate red flag. At this point, she could be capable of anything.
Least Likely: Saxon Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBOSaxon is cocky and gross and maybe trying to seduce his brother (?). Basically, he's got extremely dark, bro energy. Even if he isn't the killer this time, there is no doubt in my mind that this man is capable of murder. I could totally see him doing a hit and run and then using his family's money to cover it up.
