After two decades and over 20 seasons, it’s fair to say TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress has seen an abundance of surprising, tear-jerking and heartwarming moments. But it turns out that a recent moment during a season 23 episode left fashion designer Randy Fenoli truly speechless.

Devout TLC watchers know that the show typically follows a couple of brides on their search to find the perfect dress for their wedding day at Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City. Each bride is assigned a consultant to help their vision come to life with the input (and hopefully the approval) of their closest friends and family members. But bride Lori had a plan for her Kleinfeld visit that included a little more than dress shopping.

“So this is what I’m concocting: I’m going to ask Randy if he will marry us today,” she revealed to the camera in a confessional interview in a short clip on YouTube. Lori lured her closest family members to the bridal shop on the guise that she was only looking for her wedding gown, but they were equally as surprised and elated when she later revealed her true reason for the trip.

Though, no one was as shocked as Randy himself. “Well Randy, I hear you’re an officiant,” the bride stated in a moment that left Randy nearly speechless. “Will you say yes to marrying us today?”

With his mouth agape in shock, Randy took a step back and asked, “You’re kidding?”

"Well part of the reason we brought everybody up here is because we really wanted to be married," Lori shared with the former Kleinfeld fashion director. "And we really wanted to do it with the most important people around us. And we couldn’t think of any better way to do it than with Randy and here at Kleinfeld."

After the bride's family broke out into chants of "Randy, Randy!," the fashion designer finally shared his response. “I’m saying yes to marrying you!” he exclaimed while jumping up and down and clapping.

Later that day, after the boutique closed for the night, the couple had a small and intimate wedding ceremony right in the Kleinfeld showroom, which Randy obligingly officiated.

It seems for this lucky bride, dreams really do come true. And we can't wait to tune in to see more of the magical moments the rest of season 23 has in store!
