It's been an emotional few days for LeAnn Rimes. The singer is in the middle of her cross-country tour, and, after a harrowing travel day, she was brought to tears on stage.
The "blue" singer has been keeping her fans updated on her Instagram Threads account. She had a difficult travel day on the way to her show in Waterville, Maine. She explained that, after a 3 a.m. wakeup time, she had a harrowing time getting to the venue. She wrote, "yesterday, went from a smooth travel day to the travel day from HELL, REAL QUICK! we’re not even to where we’re supposed to be yet and i have a show in 8 hours. 1 bag… the one with my stage clothes in it is missing… if im on stage in sweats tonight, you’ll know why… and i’m totally fine with that. at least i’ll be there!!!"
She later updated her followers, saying that her bag had been found and she had time to shower ahead of her performance. She wrote, "life is nothing but up from here!!!"
The next night, she performed at Lowell Memorial Auditorium in Lowell, MA, in what proved to be an emotional event. She shared an emotional message with her fans after the show. LeAnn wrote, "when i was little, my dream was for everyone to know my name… now, my dream is for everyone to know my heart. ♥️i said this on stage tonight and started crying. never thought about it until it came out of my mouth tonight and it hit me, hard."
Her fans flocked to the comments section to show their support, with messages like, "So beautiful and you definitely have a beautiful heart 💞" and "These words are so perfect for a song I’ll be waiting to hear it🩷🩷🩷" Another wrote, "Your music has always spoken to me. In times of joy and moments of need and everything in between you’re on my life playlist! Thank you for sharing this incredibly personal experience with us. Keep writing and sharing your music!! ❤️🙏😇" and one said, "Keeping you in my prayers."
