It's time to make a TV countdown, Jeopardy! fans — we have some epic news to share about one of the franchise's most popular spinoff shows.
Ever since Jeopardy! Masters aired on ABC back in 2023, fans have loved seeing past contestants return for the chance to win the round-robin style tournament. And now, viewers will have the opportunity to see a whole new group of competitors vie for the top prize as the quiz show announced an exciting update about the new season.
Jeopardy! Masters season 3 will premiere on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 on ABC — but wait, there's more! Along with Ken Jennings as host, the show also revealed that there will be nine former contestants featured throughout the season.
"We know your bar trivia team would hate to see them coming 😤," read the caption on March 27. "Watch these nine Jeopardy! greats battle it out in #JeopardyMasters starting April 30 on ABC. And don't forget to let us know who your money's on in the comments 👇."
When fans learned Jeopardy! Masters would be back on the air for season 3, they were simply elated.
"What an AMAZING lineup! How can I choose?!" one person exclaimed. "I look forward to watching it. Should be great," another wrote. "Oooh, this should be interesting," a different follower added.

- Roger Craig, 2025 Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament co-runner-up
- Isaac Hirsch, 2025 Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions co-runner-up
- Adriana Harmeyer, 2025 Jeopardy! Tournament of Championsco-runner-up
- Brad Rutter, the highest monetary prize winner in Jeopardy! history. He also is the Jeopardy! Greatest of All Time third place finalist.
