Easy Citrus Roasted Salmon

Give your protein a citrusy twist. To round out this dish, add roasted veggies, baby spinach, walnuts, and lemon wedges.

Ingredients
- 2 4-ounce skinless salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp. Citrus Dressing (recipe link in directions)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 4 thin slices lemon
- 4 thyme sprigs
- 1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 425°F. Line a baking pan with foil and brush foil with 1 teaspoon olive oil.Place two 4-ounce skinless salmon fillets, skinned sides down, in pan.
- Step 2Stir Citrus Dressing with minced garlic. Spoon over salmon; top with lemon and thyme sprigs.
- Step 3Roast until cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool. Discard thyme.
