Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Step 1In a medium bowl, with wire whisk, stir together mayonnaise; lemon juice; garlic; anchovy paste; Worcestershire sauce; and freshly ground black pepper until well blended. Continue whisking and add extra virgin olive oil in slow, steady stream. Whisk until well blended and emulsified. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
