Tossed with coriander and smoked paprika, okra cooked to tender, charred perfection on the grill is a summer side that’ll disappear fast!

Ingredients
- 1 lb.
okra, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp.
olive oil
- 1/2 tsp.
ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp.
smoked paprika
Kosher salt and pepper
Flaky sea salt, for serving
Lime wedges, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Heat grill to medium-high. In medium bowl, toss okra with oil, coriander, smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Step 2Transfer okra to veggie grill basket and grill, tossing occasionally, until slightly charred and tender, 4 to 6 minutes. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired and serve with lime wedges.
TOP TECHNIQUE: If you’re not an okra fan because of its texture, try giving it a quick cook over high heat (in other words, throw it on the grill!). This really takes the sliminess down.
SKEWERED ALTERNATIVE: Thread groups of 4 to 5 okra on 2 skewers and grill until slightly charred and tender, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
