Ingredients
- 2 naval oranges
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen (thawed) cranberries, picked over
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, cut into 1⁄4-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
- Step 1From 1 orange, grate 2 teaspoon zest into medium saucepan. Juice both oranges into saucepan (you should get about 1 cup).
- Step 2Add cranberries, apricots, preserves and sugar and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
