Skewer olives on pretzel sliders rolls for adorable, Halloween-friendly “monsters” filled with chicken tenders, veggies, and a creamy Buffalo mayo—a surefire party pleaser!

Ingredients
- 12 oz.
chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup
mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp.
Frank’s RedHot sauce
- 1 tsp.
pure maple syrup
- 9
pretzel slider rolls, split
Lettuce and sliced pickles and tomatoes, for serving
Colossal pitted black olives and toothpicks, for decorating
Directions
- Step 1Cook chicken tenders per package directions.
- Step 2Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, and maple syrup.
- Step 3Toast rolls, then layer bottoms with lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. Top with chicken, spooning on spicy mayo as desired, then cover with roll tops.
- Step 4To decorate, skewer olives onto ends of toothpicks. Insert into tops of rolls for monster “eyes” and serve.
