Swap out a salt rim for sugar to enhance this honeydew cocktail's subtle sweetness.

Ingredients

2 cups honeydew melon chunks (about 1/4 whole melon)
1/2 cup silver tequila
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. orange liqueur
1 tsp. agave syrup
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Coarse salt
Lime wedges, for garnish

Directions

1. Step 1In blender, puree honeydew until smooth; transfer to large cocktail shaker along with tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur and agave syrup.
2. Step 2On small plate, combine sugar and salt. Rub rims of 2 cocktail glasses with lime wedge and dip into sugar mixture so it adheres. Add ice to shaker; carefully shake until very cold. Fill sugar-rimmed glasses with ice; strain margaritas into glasses.

Nutritional information (per serving): About 235 cals, 1 g protein, 24 g carbs, 2 g fiber, 510 mg sodium.

For a mocktail, replace tequila with lemon or lime seltzer.
