Jammy Grilled Cheese
No-cook jam adds the perfect pop of sweetness.

We take two cheese board classics—Brie and jam—and sandwich them between sourdough to take your favorite handheld comfort food up a notch. The bright, fruity jam pops against the buttery melted cheese, making each grilled-till-golden bite a delight.
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp.
unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 8
slices sourdough bread
- 8 Tbsp.
store-bought jam or No-Cook Jam (any flavor)
- 8 oz.
Brie, cut into 8 slices with rind intact on edges
Directions
- Step 1Spread 1/2 tablespoon butter on outside of each slice of bread. Spread 2 tablespoons jam each on unbuttered side of 4 slices, then top each with 2 slices Brie. Cover with remaining bread, butter side up.
- Step 2Heat large skillet on medium-low. Add 2 sandwiches and cook until bread is golden brown and cheese melts, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
