Ingredients
- 1/3 cup
roasted almonds
- 1 cup
- 1
scallion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp.
flat-leaf parsley
Vinegar, kosher salt and pepper, optional
Directions
- Step 1In food processor, pulse almonds to finely chop. Add marinated peppers, scallion, and parsley and process until nearly smooth. Adjust seasoning with vinegar, salt, and pepper as needed.
