Loaded Chicken Burgers

These easy chicken burgers are topped with the works: lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard and crispy barbecue-flavored potato chips.

Ingredients
- 1 lb.
ground dark-meat chicken
- 3 Tbsp.
Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup
grated Parmesan
- 1
large egg
Kosher salt and pepper
- 2 tsp.
vegetable oil
Toasted buns, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard, for serving
- 2 cups
barbecue flavored potato chips, for serving
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, ¼ teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Gently combine into 4 (4-in.-wide) patties.
- Step 2In a 12-in. nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium. Add patties; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through (165°F), turning once.
- Step 3Serve on buns topped with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard and chips.
