Twist everything bagel seasoning and grated cheese into store-bought puff pastry for the easiest appetizer ever!

Ingredients

sheet puff pastry (thawed)

large egg, beaten
- 2 oz.
Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
- 2 1/2 Tbsp.
everything seasoning
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 400°F. On lightly floured surface, unfold and roll puff pastry into 11- by 16-inch rectangle. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with pecorino, then with everything seasoning, lightly pressing to adhere.
- Step 2Cut dough in half lengthwise, then crosswise, into sixteen 1/2-inch-wide strips. Twist each strip into a spiral and transfer to parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing 1 inch apart. Press ends of strips onto parchment to prevent unraveling during baking.
- Step 3Bake in batches, rotating sheets halfway through, until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool completely on sheets on wire racks before serving or storing. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days.
