Liven up store-bought tots with dried spices and a generous sprinkling of cheese for the easiest (tastiest!) appetizer ever.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb.

    frozen potato tots 

  • 1 tsp.

    chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp.

    ground cumin 

  • 1/2 tsp.

    ground coriander

  • 1/8 tsp.

    cayenne

  • 1 1/2 cups

    finely grated extra-sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    1. Step 1Toss tots with chili powder, cumin, coriander, and cayenne. Heat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange tots in single layer in air fryer basket and cook 20 minutes.
    2. Step 2Transfer half of tots to small platter and sprinkle with half of Cheddar. Top with remaining tots and cheese, then cover loosely with aluminum foil for about 30 seconds to melt cheese. Serve immediately.
