Ingredients
- 3 cups
confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup
(2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp.
kosher salt
- 6 oz.
bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 Tbsp.
heavy cream
- 2 tsp.
pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Step 1Sift confectioners' sugar into large bowl.
- Step 2Using electric mixer, beat butter on medium speed until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add sugar and salt and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in cooled chocolate, cream, and vanilla.
