They may be baked, but these wings are just as crispy and indulgent as those you'll get in your favorite restaurant or local pub.

Ingredients

  • tsp.

    salt

  • 2 1/2 lb.

    chicken wings

  • Sauce of your choice

Directions

    1. Step 1Pierce split chicken wings all over with tip of knife; pat dry.
    2. Step 2Place on wire rack fitted into large foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt.
    3. Step 3Bake in preheated 425 degrees F oven 35 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees F), turning over once.
    4. Step 4Broil 7 minutes on high, turning once. Toss with your favorite sauce; makes about 25 wings.
