Ingredients
- 1 lb. peaches
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- tsp. ground ginger
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 refrigerated and ready-to-use pie crust
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Step 2In large bowl, toss peaches with brown sugar, cornstarch, ground ginger, and salt.
- Step 3Unroll pie crust on cookie sheet.
- Step 4Arrange peach mixture on crust, leaving 2-inch border; fold border over filling. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden.
