Costco's iconic sheet cake is the stuff of dreams. People flock to the warehouse chain to snag the gigantic cakes to serve as the centerpiece for many a party. And now, Costco has finally decided to make its cake much more accessible by selling it in cupcake form.
"What took Costco so LONG for this! About time," commented one fan on a social media post showcasing the new bakery find.
Available in Chocolate with Chocolate Buttercream and White Cake with White Buttercream flavors, the cupcakes come in a dozen-pack for just $8.99, making them a great alternative to a bigger cake.
"These are better than homemade," one shopper proclaimed. "These are perfect sizes," another shopper posted in a Reddit forum.
"I'm not going to lie... these cupcakes were immaculate. I have eaten damn near half the container by myself in a few days. Never buying again, lmao," one person posted. I guess the cupcakes are too good.
Won't stop me, though!
