Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
shelled pistachios, toasted and finely chopped, plus more for topping
- 1/2 tsp.
finely grated orange zest, plus more for topping
- 1/4 tsp.
ground cinnamon
Pinch of kosher salt
- 3 Tbsp.
honey, plus more for drizzling

Homemade Tortillas or store-bought 8-inch flour tortillas
Unsalted butter, melted, for brushing
Directions
- Step 1In medium bowl, toss together pistachios, orange zest, cinnamon, and salt. Add honey and stir to combine.
- Step 2Brush 1 side of each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with nut mixture. Cut each tortilla once along 1 radius, then fold flap over onto adjacent quarter; repeat twice more to create 1 stack.
- Step 3Heat large skillet on medium and brush with melted butter. Cook both stacks until golden, 30 seconds to 1 minute per side. Cut each stack into 2 wedges and serve topped with chopped pistachios, orange zest, and a drizzle of honey if desired.
