Ingredients
- 2 lb.
frozen peaches, slightly thawed
- 1/3 cup
cup margarita
- 1/4 cup
honey
- 1/2 tsp.
pure vanilla extract
kosher salt
Directions
- Step 1In a food processor, puree peaches, margarita, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of kosher salt until smooth.
- Step 2Serve immediately or transfer to a loaf pan and freeze until ready to serve.
